Partners with their Case Managers to develop and administer panelists' practices. Coordinates administration, and operations management within case management team. Provides continued case management as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities.

A Brief OverviewPartners with their Case Managers to develop and administer panelists' practices. Coordinates administration, and operations management within case management team. Provides continued case management as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities.
What you will do
- Communicates and meets with Case Managers and local managers to discuss case issues.
- Provides basic administrative support for CMs and panelists.
- Serves as Case Manager apprentice competent to cover a Case Manager’s desk in their absence.
- Develops overall Case Manager skills, enhancing the client experience.
- Supports client, panelists, and Case Managers before, during, and after a case is heard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline. Preferred
- 2-4 years of working in an administrative or case management role. Required
- 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus
- 1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as an Administrative Assistant, Client Services (AACS), or similar position. Required
- Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Preferred proficiency)
- Knowledge of panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Preferred proficiency)
- Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Preferred proficiency)
