Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large mortgage company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team.

The Customer Service Associate must have outbound call center experience and is to support and manage client engagement activities including some aspects of partner development.


What you’ll be doing

    Working directly with our Mortgage Bankers to generate mortgage leads and foster long standing relationships.
  • Maintaining positive, professional, helpful, and friendly relationships with all real estate agents.
  • Returning phone calls promptly from borrowers and real estate agents.
  • Creating and emailing new listings and open house flyers.
  • Entering and maintaining client contacts and following up with both active and former clients.
  • Working with our Mortgage Bankers on lead generation marketing materials and flyers as requested.
  • Providing lead generation to the Mortgage Bankers.
  • Providing Marketing reports as needed.
  • Keeping the team organized; in general, daily. Maintaining Calendars.
  • Maintaining office monthly newsletters & distribute to office.
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant consumer privacy, loan, and protection laws and guidelines to ensure the best interests and wishes of our consumers are kept at the forefront.


What you’ll bring

  • 1+ years of Mortgage and or Real Estate Experience is preferred.
  • Outbound call center experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (required).
  • Familiarity and comfort with social media.
  • Positive outlook and a proactive attitude working around a relatively complex and regulated underwriting process.
  • A strong commitment to customer service, sales associates, and borrowers—is a must!
