We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Auto Claims Investigation team within our organization. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that claims investigations are handled efficiently and effectively, and that all service level agreements are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in the auto insurance industry, with experience in claims management and investigation.
