The position of Paperwrapper/Entry Level at Napavine requires performing a wide variety of support duties. The primary function is to wrap units of lumber, cable cars, and assist with the overall facilitation of shipping lumber. Work schedule: Monday-Friday (10:30am-7:00pm). Wage starts at $21.07 per hour ($43,825 per year, before any overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

As you are trained on different jobs to assist with breaks, you will gain the job experience to be able to apply internally when advanced positions with increased wages become available.
