The California Lottery is seeking a Prize Payment Manager for our Costa Mesa District Office.

This position is responsible for;

  • the planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing of the operations of the southern district Prize Payment district office.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to staff members
  • Customer service to both internal and external customers

Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the Prize Payments District Office (PPDO) Manager - South is responsible for managing, planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the operation of the Southern district office Prize Payments team is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of Lottery prizes.

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working to implement and maintain a new prize payment program to enhance the customer experience statewide! This position is based in the CA Lottery's Costa Mesa district office.

Statewide travel is required.
