Mental Health Intake Coordinator - Virtual


 

NYC Counseling is a group practice that provides counseling services to the diverse and unique communities of New York City.

The mission of the Mental Health Intake Coordinator is to support our practice in strengthening our community by converting callers to clients and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks with the highest level of customer service possible.

Main Responsibilities

  • SALES: converting callers into clients and correctly onboarding those clients daily.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Achieving 95% customer satisfaction by mitigating client challenges by providing excellent customer service solutions.
  • SOLUTIONS: Contribute to practice growth by maintaining metrics, observing trends, and providing solutions monthly.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least two years of experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • At least three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Manager
  • Experience working in the Mental Health or Medical field preferred
  • Experience working with remote teams preferred
  • A computer with a webcam and the recent version of MS Office installed
  • High-Speed Internet access
  • Smartphone
  • Designated quiet and professional area to work

Details

  • Part-time 15-20 hrs per week, possibility to increase to 25hrs, must work Central or Eastern Time
  • $25-$27 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
