As a Sales and Marketing Team Executive Assistant, the person selected for the position will need to cover several regions, but it would be highly desired that applicants reside in the West Coast region.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Organizing and managing extremely complex calendar schedule(s) for one or more managers.

  • Maintaining executive's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, customer meetings, conferences, etc.

  • Makes extensive travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.

  • Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc: plans and organizes the events, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics.

  • Exercises diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration staff; customers.

  • Maintains Indepth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

  • Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs. Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.

  • Additional duties include managing tactical projects, general administrative duties such as order supplies, CR coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.

As a successful candidate, you must:

  • Be an expert in handling and maintaining confidentiality using discretion and sound judgment.

  • Have effective organizational skills to improve the efficiency of administrative processes.

  • Coordinate activities to ensure division goals are met, effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations.

  • Possesses strong customer service orientation and uses judgment/discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Work closely with the Senior and Executive administrative staff and works productively as a team member.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience as an executive assistant or related role working with outside Customers.

  • 5+ years' experience with executive calendar management including coordinating complex meetings internal/external attendees, and video conference room booking, etc.

  • 5+ years' experience with travel itineraries, visa application, expense reporting and Administrative Tools such as Concur and Workday.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and all Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, etc.).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $61,450.00-$92,230.00 (Hourly Role)
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
