What You’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of our promise to our members in Dallas- 'localizing the core DNA of Velocity Black'.

  • Leveraging the global reach, resources and brand of Velocity Black with granular local expertise and up to the minute knowledge of the best Dallas has to offer in order to develop the local member community.

  • Growing the community of high performance, HNW members in Dallas.

  • A key member of the team to influence and support hiring, training, managing and nurturing talent in your city, with a focus on membership community growth, as well as fine dining and local event specialists.

  • Be champion for engagement and new initiatives in your city, ensuring it is utilized with the highest ROI with regard to maximizing the relevant KPIs.

  • Overseeing the conceiving of and execution of regular member events at inspired locations in your city.

  • You will work closely with our Membership, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure frictionless integration of city-level and corporate-level operations.

  • You will be responsible for the upholding of our Velocity culture throughout your work - focused around high performance and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Our cultural pillars of Adaptability, Initiative, Yes First, Resilience and Ownership should be conspicuous in everything you do.

  • You will need to be extremely organized, a self-starter, and able to move seamlessly from assisting a team member with a challenging customer situation, to assessing priorities and progress from strategic altitude.

  • You will be responsible for seeking out and finalizing partnerships in your core city which translate into unique benefits for our members and local engagement.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

  • At least 3 years experience in the luxury hospitality industry in Dallas, Texas

  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and/or promoting

  • 2+ years experience in people management

  • 1+ years working with ultra high net worth customers

  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focus and ability to collaborate

  • Strong interest and knowledge of the hospitality market and industry

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

  • Strong local knowledge, expertise, and robust network in the Dallas

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $108,700 - $124,100 for Manager, Concierge Specialist

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
