Key Account Representative - Facilities (Remote) [United States]


 

Compensation Range : $59,800 - $86,400, based on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling Janitorial & Breakroom products, programs, and solutions into our existing Enterprise customers.
  • Selling and consulting virtually by Teams and phone with our largest and most complex customers.
  • Proactively engaging strategic targeted accounts and decision makers to drive implementations and compliance.
  • Partnering with our Key Account team and internal support teams to drive sales and Facilities mindshare.
  • Support the account team by co-selling to existing customers via a consultative approach, in addition to resolving any customer selling issues around the category.
  • Handle customer pricing and bid exercises including subs and alts.
  • Consult on strategic approach for customer engagement including program implementations.
  • Help build program proposals and create sales presentations to present to customers.
  • Track and manage all opportunities and pipeline via Salesforce.com to ensure all program requirements are met during the selling, implementation, and maintenance phases.
  • Attain or exceed monthly sales goals, opportunity creation goals, and dialling KPIs.
  • Attend Facility Solutions team meetings to learn new product information, marketing information and procedures.

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years sales experience

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer experience in MS Office Platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Breakroom and/or Janitorial industry/product knowledge
  • Knowledge of current industry trends to recommend relevant and leading-edge solutions to customers
