Successful automotive dealership group is in immediate need of Customer Service Inside Sales Support Specialist- NO COLD CALLING! in Claremont, CA
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Previous call center, phone customer service, or inside sales support experience is a plus
- Dealership experience not required, but helpful
- Willing and able to make the required customer contacts via email, internet, and outbound phone calls
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and phone persona.
- Comfortable with computers and technology systems
- Previous phone experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Weekends (40 hours per week).

- Generate appointments and drive prospective customers to the sales department-
- Responding to customer requests via email, internet, and inbound phone calls
- Build rapport and relationships with customer through follow-up calls to ensure future business
- Guide customers with product information advice & assist them in finding the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up on warm leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
