Employee Responsibilities:
- Start your career supporting manufacturing operations to develop and produce medicines that contribute to healthier and safer lives
- Ensure supplies are prepared, organized, and stocked to support operations
- Work in a team-based environment to ensure the efficient movement of materials by providing a dedicated manufacturing logistics support service
- Routine disinfection of materials going into classified areas, pass-throughs, Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), and other laboratory and manufacturing areas as needed
- Coordinate with materials management for gown rooms restock, to include but not limited to: scrubs, frocks, coveralls, goggles, hoods, boot covers, and disposable sterile items
- Establish and foster positive customer relationships
- Possesses the ability to accept increased levels of responsibility, which include operating customer systems
- Follow all procedures and keep detailed records and ensure accurate and legible documentation
- Performs other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- No experience required! - training is provided
- Good communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to learn procedures and to use a computer for communication, training, and record tracking
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
- Ability to wear safety and protective gear including scrubs, lab coat, respirator, safety glasses, gloves, protective shoes in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work with the physical demands of the position which include:
- Standing/walking for several hours at a time
- Carry, lift, push, and/or pull up to 25 pounds regularly
- Climbing ladders or stairwells several times a day
- Bending or kneeling several times a day
- Overhead reaching
- Repetitive use of arms/wrists/hands while setting up equipment and processing
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent
- Reliable, hardworking team player
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Position is full time, 1st shift, 8 hour shifts (40hrs/week), with overtime, weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of San Diego area are encouraged to apply.
