Elevate Dispensary in Woodland Hills is looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Dispatcher to join our team! *Must be 21+ to apply* (All dispatchers receive supplemental pay in the form of cash tips.)

Previous delivery dispatching/phone operating experience is preferred.
In addition to hourly wage, dispatchers receive 15% of all drivers' tips during their shifts.
Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Preparing orders and efficient routes for delivery drivers
- Contacting drivers and/or customers with relevant updates
- Assisting customers over the phone by resolving delivery issues or placing delivery orders
- Cashing out payments from deliveries/register
- Planning and assigning timely breaks for delivery drivers

Dispatcher Requirements:
- Previous experience with POS system, Meadow, or delivery management software, Onfleet, as well as general cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing Speed of at least 40 WPM
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy regarding basic math and calculations

This position is located in the backend of our storefront; all customer interactions will be handled via phone or online communication. Dispatching is a sedentary desk position that requires daily usage of company-owned phone + desktop.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
