Our Card Writers are responsible for creating and reviewing all written card campaigns. This role will “WOW” our pet-parent customers by delivering stellar attention to detail, exuding a passion for quality control, and a commitment to an incredible customer experience.

Whether you’re a morning bird or a night owl, we have immediate openings available on both day and night shift, working onsite at our Hollywood, FL location.

  • Favorable work schedule offering four 10-hour shifts:
    • 6:00am-4:30pm
    • 4:30pm-3:00am
  • Starting wage is $12.50 an hour with endless growth opportunities.
  • Full company benefits that begin on the 1st of the month after you start.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operating standard office equipment such as printers, laptops/computers, and scanners
  • Reading and transcribing cards and envelopes
  • Reviewing, editing, stuffing, sealing, and stamping cards and envelopes (i.e., Birthday, Holiday, etc.) to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Counting and placing mailing trays into sleeves prior to shipment to customers
  • Tracking, checking, and ensuring quality on all written cards.
  • Stocking, pulling, and recording inventory as needed.
  • Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
  • Recording and correcting customer cards with incorrect/missing information and/or damages
  • Breaking down boxes and other materials
  • Ensuring customer information is accounted for and disposed of properly.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to perform and comprehend basic arithmetic.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with others.
