Our psychology group practice is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and a proven track record of managing successful healthcare practices. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, setting up and maintaining processes, and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. Rooted Connections Counseling provides psychological services to children, adults, and families. We have been in practice since 2015, and recently changed our name from Michelle Cutler, PhD and Associates, to more accurately represent who we are.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Support practice owner with employee oversight
- Manage practice-wide communication with clients
