BE RELAX is a Global International Spa located within airports around the world. We are a Paris born company looking to enhance our client's journey through massage therapy and a wide range of specialized products to use while traveling.
We are seeking a Spa Administrative Assistant for our spa in Los Angeles International Airport.
The Spa Administrative Assistant offers support to the General Manager and team members of the spa. This is a Full-Time Position.
Duties of the Spa Administrative Assistant include:
- Execute monthly inventory counts and drafting purchase orders for GM's approval.
- Monitor operations inventory stock levels.
- Maintain office supply and paper orders as it fits into monthly budget.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
- Assist with spa walk-throughs noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention.
- Act as liaison between spa team members and GM. Staff will report any concerns to Spa Administrative Assistant in the absence of GM.
- Maintains full working knowledge of all spa equipment.
- Creates basic spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other Word documents as directed.
- Maintains form files and inventories.
- Actively participates in safety programs representing Spa team and abides by all injury reporting and safety behavior requirements.
- Executes assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.
Spa Administrative Assistant Skills & Qualifications:
HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE
- At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
- At least 1-2 years administration experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing. Have frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting property.
- Constant need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, turning, finger dexterity.
- Occasional need to stand for long periods of time.
- Lifting/carrying up to 15 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally.
