Job Title: Trash Valet

Job Summary:
Ally Waste is seeking a reliable and hardworking Trash Valet / Refuse Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and recycling from residential areas in a timely and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
- Ensure that all trash and recycling is properly sorted and disposed of according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with manager and address any concerns regarding the property’s trash or recycling
- Take pictures for daily emailed reports
- Maintain a clean and organized property
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Open bed pickup truck (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
