Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests
- Assist with theater operations, including ticket sales, concessions, and ushering
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the theater and common areas
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols, including enforcing theater policies
- Assist with food service, including taking orders and delivering food to guests
- Perform lifeguard duties if required, ensuring the safety of guests in water-related activities
- Engage in public speaking when necessary, such as making announcements or introducing performances
- Provide assistance and support to children attending events or participating in activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, theater, food service, lifeguarding, or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with children and providing assistance as needed
