About the Role
Reporting directly to the Real-Time CRM Manager, the Real-Time CRM Associate will drive customer engagement and retention through topical, local real-time push notification campaigns. More specifically, this role will primarily schedule and execute pre, live and event to event sports push notification campaigns. In addition, this role will look to drive key business KPIs as well as extend user player sessions through promotional offer support and real-time triggers.
With a passion for sports betting, your role will be to ensure that the Real-Time Team's daily push notification campaigns are relevant, accessible, engaging and industry-leading at all times. In helping to define real-time customer journeys, this role entails displaying and delivering BetMGM’s betting opportunities to an US audience at the times they are most likely to want to take advantage of them. It's essential within this role to understand behaviors of Sports betting consumers to achieve daily, weekly and monthly business objectives. In addition, having the ability to respond to quick changes and adapt your plans as appropriate will be a key part of the role

Responsibilities
- Build and schedule pre, live and event to event push notifications
- Write engaging real-time copy that will be used for communication to customers
- Combine the use of a real-time campaign performance dashboard, you will be assessing real-time trends and data to make decisions in real-time
- Assist with image creation through Banner Flow
- Responsible for Real-Time promotions execution (brainstorming, target group building and campaign sending)
- Responsible for Real-Time non bonus EDS campaign execution (brainstorming, target group building and campaign sending)
Essential Functions
- Excessive sports betting knowledge will allow for you to excel in this role.
- Possessing creative skills, you will be responsible for requesting and choosing images for use in push. notifications relating to sports events ensuring images are fully compliant with all regulations and legislation.
- Experience in working in a customer facing or customer servicing betting function will be helpful as you will understand the needs and demands of our customers.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with an inquisitive mindset will serve you well in this fast-moving function.
- Familiar with Mobile technology, you will be a keen user of mobile devices who understands the basic usability and technology that powers our customers’ experience of betting with us.
- Organized and with a strong work ethic, you will be hungry to learn new skills and take on board evolving tasks and responsibilities.
- You will possess an attention to detail that enables you to work accurately amidst fast paced guidelines and requests.
