Requirements
- Assist customers in scheduling free in-home consultations for their flooring projects.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our services (No Cold Calling!).
- Ensure that customer needs align with the company's capabilities, maximizing the potential for our Design Consultants to close sales during in-home visits.
- Develop rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via text.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records, ensuring proper data recording.
- Uphold the warm and welcoming Express Flooring brand image as the first point of contact for customers.
- Work a non-standard work week, including one weekend day, to meet business demands (40 hours per week).
Qualifications:
- Possess a warm and welcoming personality, serving as an exceptional first impression for the Express Flooring brand.
- Exhibit effective and persuasive communication skills over the phone.
- Display eagerness to learn, with adequate computer skills and a willingness to respond to coaching and training.
- Demonstrate a competitive nature, a desire to earn bonuses, and a commitment to personal development within a growing organization.
- Availability to work a non-standard work week, including one weekend day (40 hours per week).
