What You’ll Do:


Customer Relations Specialist is often the first and last face our customers see. You will greet our guest as soon as they pull into the lot, guide vehicles in and out of service bays, assist customers at the car wash, perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and assist technicians with other top-side duties as necessary.


  • Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm, friendly greeting
  • Ensures that vehicles are run through the automatic car wash
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
  • Assist technicians by visually verifying and performing callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly
  • Maintains the top-side service area and car wash: keeping the guest waiting area, rest rooms, counters, and desk area neat, clean, and well organized to maintain VIOC’s reputation for quality service, attract guests and avoid safety hazards.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
