Elevated Resources C/O Client is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, and self-motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working with customers in a support capacity and be comfortable with a touch screen phone.
Job Duties:
- Answer customer calls and provide customer service support to the sales team
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers who have placed an order with our company
- Identify customer needs, research, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers by using computerized systems of record
- Keep records of customer calls and interactions, including contact details and current and future projects
- Develop and maintain a professional image that promotes the department’s image as a reliable, friendly, helpful service provider
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a call center environment required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word & Excel required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers in English (both written and verbal) at all times. Must be able to handle confidential information. Must be able to maintain composure under pressure. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must have the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
